Interdiciplinary artist and performer,as well as culture producer and art programmer. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and grew up in the USA , since 2005 has been living in Europe, base now in both Taiwan and Europe. Miss Mei has studied Dance in National Institute of Arts, BFA/BA in Interdisciplanary Arts and Art History from Univesity of Illinois at Urbana Champaign USA, and Advanced Diploma in Physical Theatre and Interdiciplinary Performance Arts from the MimeCentre, Helsinki Finland.
Delphine has received scholarship-study as a exchange student of European Culture Studies at the Institut für Europäische Studien (IES) in Vienna, at the Cite Universite Foundation America in Paris, and was the recipient of the YMCA John Price Award for International Understanding, for her efforts to foster international relations and understandings of multiplicity across culture-sectors and diverse groups.
Delphine's featured performance for Austrian director Laura Nauebauer of the film "Glueck" has won ORF "Shorts on Screen" Award, shown in the Austrian National Television Broadcast ORF, and Crossing Europe Festival. She has participated New York's Judson church Improv group, and San Francisco's 848 Improv group. Miss Mei's own works in both Performance(Acting,dance, performance) and Performantive Installations : San Francisco International Film Festival Opening Gala, San Francisco International Butoh Festival, SF Fringe Theatre Festival (eg:"Neon's Blue", nominated for best supporting actress), International Performance and Video Festival at Marsh, San Francisco Exit Theatre, "I am Seducible" San Francisco Film Group, "Yes Maybe No" Bates Film, "The Legend of Shirley Mentle" (Music Theatre) Theatre Rhino San Francisco, "The Skirker" WOW Performance Space New York, Wiener Bezirk Festwochen(vienna District regional Festival), Vienna's MQ Museum Quartier 21 International, Vienna's Soho In Ottakring Festival, TED Vienna 2010, Fluxus intermedia performance for Vienna's Art Birthday 2011 amongst many others.
Delphine has also worked as a second cameraman for kunstgestaltung Austria, and since 2007 made her own videos and short poetic films. Her photo "Modern Ruin seies 1 astera" has been included in the group show "snap to grip", LACDA(LA Center for Digital Art), USA.

Delphine's production and curation-program MFMC C16 has won EUtopia's Festival of the Month Europa wide. Cine16 program has continued the mission of "film as a subversive art" to support independent and experimental films and videos, eg: Soho-In-Ottakring Festival 2008 Vienna, Top Kino 2011 Vienna.
Delphine produced and organized the "Evolution Art Salon: Theater Performance and Trans-Europa Social Media" for Istanbul's Art Conference “Intercultural Dialogue and Cooperation Projects” under the flagship of Istanbul 2010 European Culture Capital.
In recent years: Delphine was the performance artist in residenct in OVT301 Amsterdam NL, selected project artist at the Schmiede MediaArt Festival Performance Lab(2005-2008 every year), and the invited guest artist for UCDavis for contemporary performance lecture workshop series. From end of 2010 till present, she is on the residency with the Erasmus Mundos Program in Film Television Theatre, Vienna Austria, and teach workshops in performances of different kinds and creative research field, specifically time-based media perfomance on video focusing on use of the language as a performantive code and her own cyborg-doll theory development based on Donna Haraway's cyborg manifesto and her previous Butoh training asthetics.
In 2011, She is a invited guest artist workshop lecturer for Linz Art University Linz, as well as giving workshop for Mz Baltazars Laboratory Vienna.
Delphine has also been working with a group of interdiciplinary artists philosopher with media mobile digital devices, people from different fields for collaborations. You can see such collaborative multiple-element works in 2011-2012. She also continue working with performance, fashion shows, alternative indie scenes, shamanistic works, and literary works as a poet. Her peotry works have been selected in "Message in a Bottle: 100 contemporary American Poets", Germany's Raintiger featured poet, and shown in collaboration with musicians as spoken poetry in Vienna Conservatory and TED Vienna 2010. She also pens lyrics for songs and sings both on theatrical musical stage (The Legend of Shirley Mentle, Theatre Rhino, San Francisco) as well as in other occasions as a vocalist for different bands.
2011 April, commissioned choreography performance by Austrian composer Andrea Olszweski with the Vienna Conservatory.

Delphine is also a professional translator, being bilingual in both Chinese and English, well versed in culture and arts, and specializing in both written and oral translation, and event hosting. She has worked for PBS(Public Broadcast Service in the USA), Salzburg Sommer Szene Festival(art music dance), and Taipei Biennial.
She has also been a model: for commerical print ad.- New York(New York New York Model Agency) , for runway fashion- San Francisco(Artist by Design, premier theatrical fashion production), runway fashion- Salzburg/Vienna(Sixxa).
Although diverse, Delphine's work has been centered around women/gender, travel/migration/cultural transition and transfer, building meaningful social network community, youth empowerment thru art and knowledge sharing, and enrich and support sub-culture's survival and evolution.

雖然多元性，Delphine的工作焦點圍繞著幾個主題: 女性/性別，旅遊/移民的文化轉型和轉移，建立有意義的社會連接共同體，透過藝術及知識啟發青年生活熱情和夢想動力,充實和支持次文化生存和發展.
